What Worked
1. Daily Posting
Consistency is king on LinkedIn. I made it a non-negotiable to post every day—even using scheduled posts despite the algorithm’s rumored dislike for them.
2. A Well-Planned Agenda
This is how I have my agenda to boost my profile views from 300 to 3k per day:
Monday: Offer a tactical post (e.g., “How to test your GTM strategy”) OR a Giveaway post with a comment below + word
Tuesday: Share a success story or key learning. Also, add any guest posts or podcasts.
Wednesday: Industry trends and personal insights.
Thursday: Showcase Vidsell updates or milestones.
Friday: A relatable, human story about my founder's journey.
Saturday: Engage with the community through polls or memes (yes these work).
Sunday: Post a reflective or motivational piece. You can also just repost your best piece of content of the week.
3. Content That Resonates
End of every month, I brainstorm ideas for the following month. Sometimes, inspiration strikes randomly, and I jot ideas down in Apple Notes (yes, I’m that basic). I also analyze successful posts from peers and influencers, and then adapt them with my voice.
This approach works 70% of the time—and when it doesn’t, I refine and try again.
The Process Behind Posting Daily
At the end of each month, I:
Set aside time to brainstorm and write drafts for the upcoming month.
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to refine, reorganize, and make my drafts more engaging.
Use ContentRadar to repurpose old pieces of content from 6 months ago.
Schedule posts in advance while leaving room for spontaneous, timely updates.
Scheduling may hurt your algorithm as LinkedIn doesn't like automations but give it a try.
A/B test 30 days with scheduling and 30 days without.
Keep a backlog of ideas and agenda per month of the year.
Don't think, just publish it! If it's not perfect too bad, what matters is the value you're providing.

ContentRadar: For tracking trends and top-performing topics.
Apple Notes: To capture ideas anytime, anywhere.
Google Calendar: I have reminders and templates ready to do a quick posting if required.
Feedly or Google Alerts: To keep myself up to date with news and trends
